We may not be tall, skinny blondes doing some stupid hand sign, but I think you could reblog this too. This is my best friend. She’s in the hospital. She has a disease that’s life threatening, and she thinks she’s gonna die young. She doesn’t stay in the hospital, but she can go in at any time. It would mean a lot if you could reblog this, and show her that you care about her. It would mean a lot. And it won’t make your blog ugly. But it’s your choice.

Started going back to the gym…
Since I have no goals or expectations at the gym, I have remained pretty consistent with amount of miles ran and timing.
Weights are a little different, this week has been a little tough…
